amazing staff and prompt maintenance response.

The room was convenient to get around town, but that’s about where the positives end. The bed was comfortable, but the layout was odd, with the TV next to the bed instead of facing it. The bathroom felt cramped, more like an outhouse than a premium space. I noticed dirt on the floor from the start, and the safe couldn't be used. Parking was limited, requiring us to park on the street.

Wanted to explore El Paso and this hotel was excellent place for doing it. The location of the property was favourable - within walking distance of Sand Dunes Hall. The best prices, everything met needs.

The room at Red Roof had an ironing facility which was convenient, but unfortunately, the heating and air conditioning were a bit of a letdown. The room lacked tea and coffee facilities, which would have been a nice touch. The free toiletries provided were basic, and the am/fm alarm clock was helpful for waking up on time. The flat-screen TV was a good addition, but the parquet floor seemed a bit outdated and in need of maintenance. Housekeeping did a decent job, but the laundry service was not available during my stay, which was disappointing. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were visible dust bunnies on the carpet and some dirt on the walls. The sound isolation was poor, as I could hear the traffic from the nearby highway throughout the night. The blinds were not effective in blocking out the light, causing me to wake up multiple times during the night. The check-in process was also a bit of a hassle, as I had to wait for someone to assist me, and when they finally did, the staff member was more focused on chatting in the back than attending to me. They also didn't provide the wifi password upfront, which was an inconvenience.

Just a well-suited match for a mini-vacation in El Paso with outstanding value. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was impressively clean and fresh, a relief on a hot night. The location felt safe, and the desk clerk was friendly, trying her best to accommodate requests. my card keys demagnetized twice without the front desk verifying my identity—a bit concerning. On the flip side, the check-in process left much to be desired; a room was given away before I arrived due to a credit card issue, which was frustrating after a long drive. It’s a mixed bag; I appreciated the cleanliness but wished for better customer care and management responsiveness.

An updated and big and reasonably priced room with nice TV, a microwave, as example. Great and unbeatable location, good area, very close to the interstate and malls, a good area and grocery store, freeway, restaurants and shopping. About 5 minutes walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark.

The price is appealing, but that’s where the positives largely end. The room was outdated and in disrepair. Dented laminate flooring, a sink that took five minutes to drain, and a door lock that refused to cooperate plagued our stay. At one point, the front desk had to teach us a workaround with the keys. While I appreciated the clean room, comfortable bed, and amenities like a fridge and microwave, it couldn't mask the deficiencies. Dusty corners, an air conditioner that hummed through the night, and lackluster sound isolation made for an uncomfortable experience. A poor check-in process and a missing Gameboy worth over $500 only added to the frustration. Improvements are needed across the board.
